Stuart Pinnock is a results-oriented professional with strong GAAP and SEC experience from an academic and corporate perspective focusing on understanding the business enterprise underlying the financial statements. Mr. Pinnock has worked as a corporate controller responsible for developing financial strategies that enhance organizational growth and maximize sustainability.

Mr. Pinnock has extensive experience running small businesses that focused on sales and implementation of Great Plains Dynamics ERP system for small to mid-sized business. In this role he was primarily involved with assisting customers in meeting their specific financial reporting needs and working closely with the IT personnel to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems. He also was responsible for reporting and analysis for a large manufacturing firm through construction, limited production testing and transitioning into full production. In this role was responsible for capex, corporate accounting and reporting as well as performance analysis.

Mr. Pinnock taught financial accounting, managerial accounting and advanced accounting topics for 10+ years in addition to conducting research around capital markets, Sarbanes Oxley 404 impact and board structure. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Florida International University and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas.
