With a diverse background in real estate and finance, Mr. Castillo has fueled his 20+ year career with an entrepreneurial spirit that has afforded him an extensive knowledge base in real estate investment, real estate title examination, vendor management and property preservation.

In his current position, Mr. Castillo is responsible for oversight of all aspects related to general expenditures and capital improvements across the portfolio. In this capacity, he works closely with the Property Managers and maintenance teams in managing to annual budgets when it comes to repairs, maintenance and other major capital initiatives.

Mr. Castillo is in charge of vendor management, including sourcing vendors, boarding new vendors and supervising compliance. He works closely with the accounting department by monitoring, reviewing and approving/rejecting purchase orders and invoices accordingly.
