Andre Dillenseger

Chief Operations Officer

As an entrepreneurial senior executive with 30+ years’ operations experience, Mr. Dillenseger has built new business divisions, launched start-up ventures and revitalized non-performing operations for small to mid-size, high-growth companies. By improving productivity, quality and efficiency through performance re-engineering, strategic planning and utilization of business process outsourcing, staff training and technology implementation, he is a dynamic leader and dedicated team player, well- respected by his peers, with a reputation for applying highly-effective, analytical and problem-solving skills.

In addition to striving for operational excellence, Mr. Dillenseger has significant experience in all aspects in the “life cycle” of a real estate investment including acquisitions, due diligence, asset management and dispositions.

Currently, Mr. Dillenseger manages the operations for the entire portfolio to maximize efficiencies and optimize overall performance. With the entire company reporting to his position, he is also responsible for the development and training of property management personnel. In addition to operations, and with his vast knowledge of landlord tenant law, he oversees all compliance matters in accordance with federal, state and local statutes.

Finally, Mr. Dillenseger spearheads all technology initiatives, software implementation, onboarding/deboarding of assets, software customization and provides general IT support to the company.

Mr. Dillenseger is a graduate from The George Washington University with a degree in business administration.
